Digital Product Refund Policy
MarginRidge Studio sells digital Excel files and downloadable business tools. Because digital products are supplied electronically, refund rights can differ from those for physical goods.
Change-of-mind requests
If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of purchase. If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital files, we will normally provide a refund. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we do not normally provide a change-of-mind refund unless required by applicable law.
Faulty, corrupt or materially misdescribed files
If a file is corrupt, will not open in the stated software, is missing from your order, or materially does not match the product description, contact us with your order details. We will first try to provide a corrected or replacement file. Where applicable law gives you a right to a price reduction or refund, those rights remain unaffected.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us as soon as possible. We will review duplicate-purchase requests and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate transaction.
UK consumer rights
UK consumers may have statutory cancellation and digital-content rights. For digital content supplied immediately, the right to cancel can depend on whether the customer expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the effect on the cancellation right. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
How to request help or a refund
Use our Contact page and include your order number, the product name and a short explanation of the issue. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
